
Purolator Brings Grey Cup to Edmonton in Support of the Edmonton

EDMONTON, July 6, 2016 -- On July 8, 2016, Purolator will team up with the Edmonton Eskimos to tackle hunger as part of the 14th season of the Purolator Tackle Hunger® program. Eskimos fans are asked to bring non-perishable food or cash donations to the game, which will be donated to Edmonton's Food Bank .
In the lead-up to the game, media are invited to speak with representatives from Purolator, Edmonton's Food Bank and the Edmonton Eskimos about the food drive taking place at the upcoming Eskimos game. The Grey Cup will also be available for photo opportunities.

Each month, more than 20,000 people receive food hampers from Edmonton's Food Bank. The Food Bank also distributes food for almost 500,000 meals and snacks each month through 230 agencies, churches or food depots with which we are affiliated.
