Frisco, TX - The Fighters head into Week 1 in a divisional match up against the Tulsa Oilers.
The Fighters are led by head coach Andre Coles who looks to make a championship run in his first season as a head coach.

PAST MEETUPS - FIGHTERS V OILERS
This will be the third time the Fighters and Oilers face off with the last meet-up ended in a Fighters win [39-37]. The Oilers had a tough season last year as they went [2-13} and look to make there first playoff run in there second season.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
A player to watch this week is Indoor Footballs Most Valuable Player TJ Edwards. Edwards had a historic season last year passing for over 2,500 yards with 39 touchdowns, and rushing for over 900 yards with 49 touchdowns. Edwards also received the MVP award and is looking to add a Championship to his belt as well.
Another player to watch this week is running back, Jimmy Smith. Smith had an injury that took him out for most of the season but was able rush for 559 yards and 16 touchdowns. He looks to bounce back this year and in game one against a tougher Tulsa run defense.
Lastly, another player to watch is Solomon Wise. Wise is our newest defensive addition and brings a great number of skills as a defensive lineman.
