Frisco, TX - After a huge road win against the Northern Arizona Wranglers [37-29], we have clinched our playoff spot and continue to lead the East with a record of 10-2. The Fighters return home for an out-of-conference matchup this week against the leader of the West, the Bay Area Panthers!
The Fighters are led by head coach Billy Back, who looks to continue to hold the number one spot in the Eastern Conference.

Time/Location: 7:05 p.m. CT/Comerica Center
PAST MEETUPS - FIGHTERS V PANTHERS
This will be the second time the Fighters and Panthers face off as the last meet-up ended in a Fighters loss [55-62]. The Panthers have been leading the Western Conference with a record of 8-4 and their only losses being The Massachusetts Pirates [52-59], The Tucson Sugar Skulls [30-34], The Northern Arizona Wranglers [34-35], and the Arizona Rattlers [63-70].
PLAYERS TO WATCH
A player to watch every week is quarterback TJ Edwards. Edwards dominated offensively last week scoring five total touchdowns and passing for 72 yards. He looks to continue his MVP campaign leading the league in scoring and is in the top five for total offense.
Another player to watch this week is running back, Martez Carter. Carter is currently leading the league in rushing yards averaging 73.8 yards per game and coming off a productive week last game with 126 rushing yards.
Lastly, another player to watch is Charles Williams. Williams played a huge role in our defense leading in tackles and causing a turnover fumble which resulted in a Fighters touchdown.
