Atlético Ottawa travels to York United this Sunday (KO 1 pm ET, live on OneSoccer) for the penultimate match of the 2023 Canadian Premier League season in the knowledge that qualification for the playoffs can be cliched with a victory.

Here's everything you need to know before Sunday's clash in York.

York United FC is 6th with 32 points from 26 matches.

This is the fourth meeting between Ottawa and York in 2023 (0W-1D-2L).

The last encounter was a thrilling 3-3 draw at TD Place as captain Carl Haworth netted a brace and Diego Espejo scored a late equalizer.

Neither side has won in its last three matches respectively, with York on a three-match losing streak.

A win at York Lions Stadium on Sunday would secure Atlético Ottawa's place in the 2023 Canadian Premier League playoffs.

A draw, or a defeat, would favour York in the qualification process.
