Start Time: 6:00 p.m. PDT

The Americans will look to split their weekend in Prince George after opening the season with a 9-0 loss against the Cougars last night.

Tri-City also opened the 2022-23 season in Prince George, falling 5-1 on opening night and then defeating the Cougars 8-3 the following night.

Newly acquired defenseman Pasha Bocharov made his debut with the Americans last night after recently being acquired from the Medicine Hat Tigers. Defenseman Jaxen Adam, import forward Max Curran, and goaltender Eric Kahl all made their WHL debuts as rookies last night.

Seven players on Tri-City's current roster were invited to attend NHL Rookie Camps. NHL Draft picks: Parker Bell (Calgary) and Lukas Dragicevic (Seattle). As well as invites: Tyson Greenway (Toronto), Lukas Matecha (Detroit), Adam Mechura (Boston), Jake Sloan (Edmonton), and Tomas Suchanek (Anaheim). Greenway, Mechura, and Sloan have returned to Tri-City and join the Americans for opening weekend.
