Series: The Blue Crabs swept yesterday's doubleheader by scores of 5-4 and 8-0. The Bees won the first game of the series on Tuesday, 6-3.

The Bees: Shortstop Brandon Chaves' bat has come alive recently, lifting his batting average on the season over 70 points in the past week. The left-handed hitter went 3-6 in yesterdays' doubleheader with two RBIs, and he has now reached base in nine straight games.
The Opposition: Southern Maryland's cleanup hitters (Gustavo Molina two games, Jamar Walton one) have been stinging Bees' pitchers all series long thus far, going 7-12 with six RBIs in the three games of the series.

Key to the Game- Ace the test: While the Bees have hit better on the road than at home this year (.256 vs. .233), the pitching has not been as good in opposing parks.
