Series: Tonight's matchup will mark the first time the Bees and Blue Crabs oppose each other. With tonight's game, the Bees will have played all seven Atlantic League opponents. The Bees play four games in Southern Maryland in this series, with a doubleheader scheduled for tomorrow.

The Bees: The Bees swept their first series in franchise series this past weekend, taking three games from the Bridgeport Bluefish, including both games of Sunday's doubleheader. The Bees' record stands at 11-12, which ranks third in the Liberty Division.
The Opposition: Though the Blue Crabs earned a trip to the Atlantic League Championship Series in 2015, the team has not gotten off to a good start this season. At 7-17, the Blue Crabs are 7.5 games back of York in the Freedom Division and recently dropped three of four to Long Island.
