Admission
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 17 or younger. All proceeds will benefit the Tom Fitzgerald Scholarship Fund at The University of Tampa. UT students get in free with a donation.
Fitz Fest
This match marks the fourth annual meeting between the Rowdies and Spartans. The Rowdies won last year's match 3-0.
After playing with the Tampa Bay Rowdies, Tom Fitzgerald started his coaching career as an assistant coach at the University of Tampa under legendary coach Jay Miller. Fitzgerald went on to win the Division II NCAA Championship in 1994 and also won a Division I National Championship as a head coach with UCLA. Fitzgerald's legacy at the University of Tampa will be here forever and all proceeds from this game will go to the Tom Fitzgerald scholarship fund.
The University of Tampa Men's soccer program aspires to generate one full scholarship each year in Tom Fitzgerald's name, as the Tom Fitzgerald Scholarship Fund endowment was started in 2005.
Last Time Out
The Tampa Bay Rowdies played last Friday, a 1-1 draw with the USL's FC Montreal behind closed doors at Al Lang Stadium. FC Montreal took a 1-0 lead in the first minute of the second half, but Rowdies forward Maicon Santos pulled Tampa Bay level in the 68th minute. Santos has now scored in two consecutive preseason matches.
The Rowdies are 3-2-2 (W-T-L) this preseason with wins over Philadelphia Union, CD Fatima and Benfica U-20. Tampa Bay has drawn each of its last two matches.
Roster
Head Coach Thomas Rongen is expected to play completely different lineups in each half for the final time this preseason. The full Rowdies roster of 25 players will be available, plus one trialist midfielder, Verneri Valimaa.

Single-game tickets for the Tampa Bay Rowdies 2015 season are on sale now. Tickets start at $21 for general admission ($10 for students and military with id).
The Spring Season opens at home on April 11 against Minnesota United FC, holder of the best overall record for the 2014 season.
