Charleston, WV (March 16, 2011) - The New Power Alley Grill is excited to announce its grand opening on Monday, March 21st for lunch and dinner seven days a week. As a part of the grand opening the Power Alley Grill is proud to announce the creation of their signature sandwich...the POWER POUNDER! This super-sized one pound sandwich is packed full of freshly sliced Hormel Premium Deli Meat, Fresh Hand-Cut Idaho Potato Fries, Provolone Cheese, and Homemade Cole Slaw. It is served on an Italian Roll baked fresh right here in Charleston!

In addition to the POWER POUNDER and other new menu options, the staff of the Power Alley Grill has been working hard to create a brand new atmosphere. With new flat screen TVs, two 120" HD TVs and a gaming area for both kids and adults IT'S ALWAYS GAMEDAY AT THE POWER ALLEY GRILL!

In preparation for the grand opening the Power Alley Grill will open its doors this week for select hours and viewing of the NCAA 1st and 2nd round games with all proceeds to benefit charity. Power Baseball Charities will partner with a local charity each day to share equally in the proceeds. The hours of operation for the "soft opening" and charities in which they benefit are:

Thursday, March 17th: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - The Charleston Family YMCA

Friday, March 18th: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - The MS Society

Saturday, March 19th: 11:00 AM - Midnight - The Boys & Girls Club

Sunday, March 20th: Noon - 9:00 PM - Highland Hospital

Additionally, the Power Alley Grill is proud to announce its weekly promotional line-up.

Mondays: Service Industry Night - $3.00 Bombs and *Dart Leagues

Tuesdays: Two-for-Tuesday - 2-for-1 Pitchers

Wednesday: Yuengs & Wings - $2.00 Yuengling Draft & $0.50 Wings; *Team Trivia

Thursday: Thirsty Thursday - $1.00 12oz. Drafts & *Live Music

Friday: Ladies Night - $3.00 Margaritas & Daiquiris; *Ladies Night - All Night Happy Hour

Saturday: Super Happy Hour - 10.00 Anheuser-Busch Buckets; *Karaoke

Sunday: Kids Eat Free - Kids 12 & under Eat Free with the purchase of an adult meal.

*Dart Leagues, Team Trivia, Live Music and Karaoke will begin April 7th.
