Potomac Nationals News Release
The Washington Nationals organization yesterday placed Potomac (A-Adv) RHP Martin Beno on the disabled list and transferred RHP Justin Phillabaum from Vermont (SS-A) to Potomac. This move is in addition to the placement of RHP Robinson Fabian on the DL and subsequent transfer of RHP Luis Garcia to Potomac from Vermont.
