Ports Launch New Website For Banner Island Ballpark

STOCKTON, Calif- The Stockton Ports are pleased to announce the launching of their new venue website, www.bannerislandballpark.com.
The site will focus on events and happenings at Banner Island Ballpark that take place in a non-baseball setting. These include concerts, festivals, business meetings and Ports-related special events.
The website itself presents information on the venue, the Ports and the City of Stockton. It also features an events calendar detailing the events and their time frame. Those who log on will be able to view photo galleries, participate in fan surveys and explore what Banner Island Ballpark has to offer outside of baseball. Rental and booking information, along with food service menus, are also available.
Banner Island Ballpark, finished and opened in 2005, has already been home to many non-traditional events this past year. Events have included church services, group gatherings, wine tastings and retail shows. In addition to these events, concerts, outdoor festivals and non-traditional sporting events will be added to the list of activities taking place at the ballpark.
