
Polar Twins ink another

[WINSTON-SALEM, N. C.] - The Polar Twins roster saw another addition today as Head Coach Bryan Wells announced the signing of defenseman Frank Burgio. The Polar Twins begin a ten-game road swing tonight as they visit Huntsville to take on the Havoc at 8:30 p.m.
Burgio began 2004-05 with Richmond of the United Hockey League. In five games with the Riverdogs, Burgio had two assists and 23 penalty minutes. Prior to his stint with Richmond, the 6-foot, 210-pound blueliner played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League, seeing action with Guelph, Kingston, Saginaw, and Brampton.
