July 15, 2008 - Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that single-game playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public Friday, July 18th at 12 noon through TicketsWest. Current season ticket holders have until Tuesday, July 15 (by the close of business), to reserve their seats for the playoffs.
The Shock have clinched home field advantage through the first two rounds of the playoffs. The first playoff game will be held Saturday, August 2nd at 7 PM at Spokane Tribe Field at the Spokane Arena. If the Shock win that game, they will also host a second-round playoff game on Saturday, August 9th at 7 PM.
With a win this weekend (at home against Quad City), the Shock will clinch home field advantage throughout the remainder of the playoffs, including the Conference Championship Game on Saturday August 16th, and the 2008 ArenaCup Championship on Monday August 25th.
After the first playoff game, for each ensuing playoff game, tickets will go on sale the Monday prior to each playoff game. All playoff games will kickoff at 7 PM.
The Shock will close out their regular season with their final two regular season games at home on July 19th and July 26th against the Steamwheelers and the Boise Burn, respectively. Tickets for both games are still available and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.
