Playoff Strips Available Thursday

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the International Hockey League, announce 2008 playoff strip tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. this Thursday, April 2nd.

This will be the fourth playoff appearance in the past five seasons for the K-Wings and the first since the rebirth of the IHL.

Playoff strip packages for one year season ticket holders or new playoff strip purchasers will range from $87.20 (Blue Level)-$127.20 (Red Level). Strips for kids 12 and under will be $63.20.

Packages for current two-year season ticket holders will range from $82 (Blue Level)-$120 (Red Level). Strips for kids 12 and under that are two-year season ticket holders will be $56.

In the event that the K-Wings do not play all eight potential home playoff games, fans who purchase a playoff strip package, will have the balance applied to next year's season tickets or can receive a cash refund.

Any season ticket holder that does not reserve their playoff strips by Saturday, April 11th will not be guaranteed their same seats for the postseason.

Individual playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public at a later date. Tickets for K-Wings home games in the postseason will range from $10.90 (Blue Level)-$15.90 (Red Level). Seats for kids 12 and under will cost $7.90. Ticket will increase $1 on day of game purchases.

Single-game tickets for any of the K-Wings 38 regular season home games are currently on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office.
