"Playland" Added to Halloween Parade Lineup

(York, PA): "Playland," an event within the 64th annual York Halloween Parade has been added to the parade lineup for kids and parents to enjoy. It will take place on the corner of Market Street and Pershing Avenue from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 27. The parade will begin at 2 p.m.
Playland will include rides and games, courtesy of Rehmeyer's Rental. Refreshments will also be available on site. "Bricks 4 Kids" building games will also be there.
Local DJ "Chozen" will provide the music.
"I always looked forward to the parade growing up, I can only imagine how excited I would've been if something like this had been included," said Adam Nugent, York Revolution Special Events Coordinator. "After 64 years, this tradition needs to continue, and get better. That's what we're doing."
