Aberdeen Wings News Release
The Aberdeen Wings are highlighting each player coming to the 2014 pre-season workouts and training camp.
#23 ADAM KRESL
Forward - Eagle River, WI
Kresl joins the Aberdeen Wings after a very successful season with the Salt Lake City Moose of the WSHL. In 41 games played for the Moose, Kresl tallied up 27 goals and 16 assists for 43 points. He had 3 game-winning goals and two playoff goals in the 2013-2014 season. Kresl also made the jump to the NAHL briefly last season for the Kenai River Brown Bears where he scored two goals in 4 games.
"Adam is a hard-nosed, gritty player with junior experience and leadership qualities," said Aberdeen Wings Director of Scouting Mike Grattan. "He is a solid power forward who we have been tracking since last year's Main Camp and will help us become a tougher team to play against."
Adam Kresl was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2014 NAHL Draft by the Aberdeen Wings, 42nd pick overall.
