Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC News Release
Pittsburgh-The Pittsburgh Riverhounds welcome the Rochester Rhinos to Highmark Stadium Saturday, May 17. The first leg of a three-game series between the clubs in 2014 will start at 7:00 p.m. and will be streamed live on YouTube.
The Riverhounds and Rhinos met in late March for a preseason exhibition at Highmark Stadium, seeing the home side defeat the visitors. Since that meeting the two sides have had different starts to their USL PRO campaign. The Riverhounds are still seeking their first win of the season, while the Rhinos have only dropped one contest in their first seven.
Last weekend the two clubs hosted the league leading Orlando City Lions. In an exciting and physical match, the Riverhounds lost to the Lions 1-0 at Highmark Stadium as Kevin Molino tallied the game's only goal. Catching the Lions on the back-end of a two-game road trip, the Rhinos drew 1-1.
To purchase tickets for the game, visit www.riverhounds.com or call the Highmark Stadium Box Office at 412.325.7241.
