
Pitchers' Duel Won by Drive

North Augusta, SC: The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of San Francisco Giants, lost 2-0 to the Greenville Drive on Wednesday night.
Tonight was another pitchers' duel between the Jason Bahr of the GreenJackets and Jhonathan Diaz of the Drive. Bahr went six innings, giving up five hits and striking out four.
In the sixth inning, with Bahr on the mound, the Drive took the lead. An RBI from Lorenzo Cedrola, followed by another form Michael Osinski was all the Drive needed. They took a 2-0 lead, which held for the rest of the game.
The GreenJackets were held to only three hits on the ballgame. This is only the second time this season that Augusta has been shutout. Their lead in the Southern Division is now .5 game over the Rome Braves.
