
Phoenix Suns Assign Davon Reed to Northern Arizona

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Phoenix Suns announced Sunday that they have assigned guard Davon Reed to the Northern Arizona Suns.
This is Reed's sixth assignment to the NBA G League. He was assigned for the fifth time this year on Friday before being recalled by Phoenix on Saturday.
The 22-year-old tied his career-high of 17 points on Friday in the NAZ Suns' win at the Texas Legends. He also added a career-high four steals, to go with three rebounds, two assists and one block in 27 minutes.
For the NAZ Suns this season, Reed has averaged 11.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steal and 1.0 block in eight games. The NAZ Suns are 7-1 with him on the roster.
Reed did not appear in Phoenix's game last night. In seven games with the Phoenix Suns, he has averaged 1.3 points and 0.9 rebounds in 8.0 minutes per game.
The Northern Arizona Suns return home from a four-game road trip today, as they take on the Austin Spurs at 3 p.m. MT at the Prescott Valley Event Center.
