Arizona Rhinos News Release

Phoenix, AZ. Aaron Scofield, CEO of the ABA 2005 Phoenix, AZ expansion team today announced the signing of Jeffrey Allen Fore as its first head coach. According to Scofield, "Even though the 2004 season has just started, we're putting our organization in place and are planning to start full activities right after the first of the year. And we thought we would start by naming our head coach so that he can begin the process of identifying talent. We have a very good man in Coach Fore and feel very comfortable that he will make our Phoenix team very competitive. He has a world of high school, college and pro experience."

Coach Fore is Head Basketball Coach at Phoenix Country Day High School and has led the team to back to back regional tournament appearances. He was also the National Team Coach for the Kuwait National Basketball Team and won the Arab Championships Gold Medal, GCC Championships Gold Medal as well as a Quarterfinalist in the Asian Championships. He has also been head coach of Clarke College where he had a 100% graduation rate, team GPA of over 3.00, three-All Conference players and has coached at Central Missouri State and Arkansas State. Fore added, "I like the ABA and the ability to help very good athletes develop their skills even more with the goal of making the ABA or securing big international contracts. I'm a teacher and I believe I can help to maximize the potential of players. I'm very exciting and pleased with this opportunity."
