
Philadelphia's D'Orazio, Chicago's Moyer, And Orlando's Moye-Moore Earn Week Five Honors

NEW YORK - Philadelphia Soul QB MATT D'ORAZIO, Chicago Rush DL JOHN MOYER, and Orlando Predators FB/LB MARLON MOYE-MOORE have been named Offensive Player, ADT Defensive Player, and Ironman of the Week, respectively, for Week 5 of the 2008 season.
OFFENSIVE: D'Orazio (6-4, 230, Otterbein) completed 25-of-35 passes for 296 yards and seven touchdowns as the Philadelphia Soul (5-0) defeated the Tampa Bay Storm (2-2), 59-51, on Saturday. He accounted for eight touchdowns (seven passing, one rushing) as he led the Soul on nine consecutive scoring drives while his passer rating of 136.4 ranked second among all quarterbacks in Week 5. Philadelphia next hosts the Utah Blaze (0-5) on Saturday, April 5, at 7 p.m. ET (FSN Utah - Delay, 4/6 at 5:30 p.m. ET, CSN - Philadelphia - Delay at 10:30 p.m. ET).
ADT DEFENSIVE: Moyer (6-3, 265, Eastern Illinois) recorded three tackles, two sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one interception as the Rush (4-1) defeated the Arizona Rattlers (2-3), 59-35, at Allstate Arena on Friday. Moyer recorded his first sack during the Rattlers second possession which led to a missed field goal on the next play. During Arizona's next possession, Moyer intercepted Rattlers QB JEFF SMOKER on their second play at midfield. Moyer recorded his final sack, forced fumble, and subsequent recovery during the Rattlers third possession of the fourth quarter. The turnover resulted in a field goal by Rush K DAN FRANTZ. The Rush defense forced four turnovers and held Arizona to a season-low 170 yards of total offense. Chicago travels to Amway Arena to face the Orlando Predators (3-2) on Russell Athletic ESPN Arena Football Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. ET (ESPN2 HD, ESPN360.com).
IRONMAN: Moye-Moore (6-3, 250, Maryland) scored two rushing touchdowns on seven carries on offense as the Orlando Predators (3-2) defeated the Columbus Destroyers (1-4), 47-44, at Nationwide Arena on Saturday. Moye-Moore also recorded four-and-a-half tackles, one sack and one tackle for loss on defense, helping the Predators hold the Destroyers to a season-low 208 yards of total offense. Both of Moye-Moore's rushing touchdowns gave Orlando early leads during the second and third quarter while his sack on the fifth play from scrimmage led to a missed field goal on the next play.

ADT Defensive Player of the Week candidates included: Chicago DB Jeremy Unertl, Georgia DB Stephen Cason, Grand Rapids DB Ahmad Hawkins, New Orleans DB Lin-J Shell, Philadelphia DL Anthony Dunn and San Jose DB Omarr Smith.
Ironman of the Week candidates included: Chicago WR/LB DeJuan Alfonzo, Dallas WR/DB Will Pettis, Grand Rapids DB Chris Martin and WR/DB Jermaine Lewis, Philadelphia FB/LB Clifton Smith.
