Petes Drop Attack in Extra Time

(Peterborough, ON) - Adam Timleck scored his first OHL hat trick and Brady Hinz scored the overtime winner as the Petes skated to a 4-3 win over the Owen Sound Attack on Thursday night.

Declan Chisholm and Pavel Gogolev each recorded two assists, while Hinz, Semyon Der-Arguchintsev, and Liam Kirk had single helpers.

The Petes were 1 for 1 on the power play and 2 for 2 on the penalty kill. Hunter Jones stopped 34 of 37 shots.

Off the ice, Petes fans donated over $1,700 to Special Olympics Ontario and the Law Enforcement Torch Run.

The Petes head west to visit the London Knights on Friday, November 16 and the Sarnia Sting on Saturday, November 17. They return home to host the Kingston Frontenacs for Faith Night on Thursday, November 22 at 7:05pm. Specialty plaid jerseys worn during November 1's Petes Plaid Night are now available for purchase via online auction in support of United Way Peterborough & District. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm ET on Friday, November 16.
