Vancouver Stealth News Release

Vancouver, BC (Friday, April 3, 2015) - The Vancouver Stealth announced today that goaltender Tyler Richards has been place on the 10 day injured reserve list, retroactive to March 30.

Richards will miss the next two games against the Edmonton Rush, tonight (April 3) and tomorrow (April 4) with an undisclosed injury. 'T-Rich' has started all 11 games for Vancouver this season.

Eric Penney will get his first career National Lacrosse League start between the pipes as the Stealth meet the Edmonton Rush at 6:30PM PST tonight at Rexall Place in Edmonton. Penney was drafted 38th overall in the fifth round of the 2013 NLL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Bandits. Vancouver acquired the Rexdale, Ontario native in September along with defender Rory Smith in exchange for a draft pick in 2015 and 2018. The 21 year old spent the 2014 season on the injured reserve list with the Bandits.

Goaltender Cody Hagedorn was moved from the practice roster to the active roster. The rookie was signed as a free-agent in October and earned a spot on the team after the 23 year old from Victoria, BC had an impressive training camp.
