Ft. Myers-The Rochester Red Wings continued their 15-game Spring Training schedule Thursday, losing to the Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate Pawtucket Red Sox 8-6. With the loss the Red Wings spring training record falls to 3-10-1.
RHP Reid Santos (0-1) took the loss, allowing three runs on five hits while striking out four in 3.0 innings of relief.
Red Wings starter RHP Anthony Swarzak picked up a no decision, allowing four runs on eight hits while striking out three in 3.2 innings of work.
Outfielder Jason Pridie and catcher Drew Butera each had two hits in the Red Wings 11-hit attack.

The Red Wings conclude their 15-game exhibition schedule Friday with a 1:00 p.m. game vs. the Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate Pawtucket Red Sox in Ft. Myers.
The Red Wings open the 2009 season one week from today, Thursday, April 9 at 2:00 p.m. vs. the Syracuse Chiefs at Alliance Bank Stadium. Rochester will open their home schedule on Saturday, April 11 at 1:35 p.m. game vs. Syracuse at Frontier Field.
