Head-to-Head
The Pats wrap up their home schedule tonight with their seventh contest of the season against the Swift Current Broncos. The Pats are 1-3-2-0 against Swift Current this season. Lane Scheidl and Dyson Stevenson lead the Pats with six points each in the season series. The Broncos have shared the scoring load with four players featuring five points in six games against Regina. Coming into this evening's game, the Pats have dropped their past two contests while the Broncos are winners of their last two. The Pats look to hold off the Moose Jaw Warriors and Brandon Wheat Kings in the standings as the Broncos try to jump into fifth place in the Eastern Conference playoff picture. Tonight's game will be broadcast on 620 CKRM starting with the Press Box Sports Bar Pre-Game Show at 6:35 p.m.
Lead Up: Pats Fall 5-0 in Moose Jaw
The Pats took a couple of periods to get going and it would be the first forty that sunk the Blue and White. The Warriors scored twice in the first and three times in the second and held the Pats off the board in the third despite Regina bringing the pressure. Moose Jaw defenceman Morgan Rielly had three assists in the Warriors victory while Justin Paulic made 31 saves in the shutout effort. For game highlights, click here.
