Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats Hockey Club held three on-ice sessions on day two of 2018 Training Camp for Sleek Signs.

In the morning, both rookie squads, Team Weal and Team Stephenson took part in practice sessions and then in the evening played a scrimmage at the Brandt Centre.

Team Weal came away with a 3-1 victory.

1st Period

Team Weal Goalie: Tristan Martin (5 saves)

Team Stephenson Goalie: Levi Hall (15 saves)

2nd Period

Team Weal Goalie: Andy Vlaha (13 saves)

Team Stephenson Goalie: Jared Thompson (12 saves)

Team Weal - Dawson Good (1) - 5:00 PS.

Team Stephenson - Sam McGinley (1) from Cale Sanders and Makai Mitchell - 7:00.

3rd Period

Team Weal Goalie: Carson Ironside (12 saves)

Team Stephenson Goalie: Jackson Dylla (12 saves)

Team Weal - Aidan Bangs (1) from Jack McKeown - 19:24.

Rookie camp will continue with 10:00 am and 11:15 am practices on Thursday morning and another scrimmage at 7:00 p.m. at the Brandt Centre.

The Pats will kick off the 2018 pre-season on August 31 against the Swift Current Broncos at 7:00 p.m. at the Brandt Centre. Season tickets and 17-game packages for the 2018-19 season are available now by visiting reginapats.com.
