Regina Pats News Release

Regina, Saskatchewan - With the great support from the fans of the Regina Pats, Friday`s "Breast Cancer Awareness Night" was again, a huge success.

The sales of the pink jersey's through a silent auction, the Jordan Eberle Edmonton Oilers jersey raffle, and the sales of pink hats and lollipops, helped the Pats raise over $10,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society`s ``Reach to Recovery`` (R2R) fund. This is the third season in a row that the Pats have supported the R2R fund, and to date has raised over $35,000.

The first season saw the auction of pink, game-used sticks, while the past two seasons had the Pats auction off game-worn, special edition pink jersey`s.

The pink hats and lollipops are still available on-line at reginapats.com, at the ``Neutral Zone`` and at the Regina's Southland Mall Customer Care Kiosk - a supporting sponsor of this initiative.
