
Pamela Graves Named Grizzlies Vice-President of Marketing

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah - Utah Grizzlies President David Gasaway announced today that Pamela Graves has joined the staff as the team's Vice-President of Marketing. Graves has spent the last six years as a marketing and advertising consultant for the Simmons Media Group and X96-FM.
"We are very pleased to have a person with Pam's talent and experience join our staff," said Gasaway. "She has a lot of range that will allow her to contribute in many different ways and help with the success of the franchise."
Pam also contributed to the Salt Lake Olympic Committee during the Winter Olympic games as a journalist covering snowboarding among several other events. She also has experience in baseball serving as the Director of Sales, Sponsorship and Public Relations for the Beloit Snappers (a class A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers) in Beloit, Wisconsin.
A native of Chicago, Pam has a Master's degree in Sports Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Creighton University.
While at UNLV, Pam created the Olympic Sports Marketing Department and served as its Director for two years. She also held the position of Group Sales Manager for the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.
"I have a very exciting challenge in front of me and am looking forward to working with Dave and the entire Grizzlies staff," said Graves. "There is so much potential here to make an already successful professional franchise the elite model in the American Hockey League."
