
Pair of Express Players Named to 3D Canada Team for William Jones Cup

(WINDSOR, ON) - The Windsor Express is pleased to announce the selection of two rostered players to the 3D Canada team which is defending its title at the 40th annual William Jones Cup in New Taipei, China. The 3D Canada team will be in Toronto July 9 to 11 for training camp, where Express forward Logan Stutz and guard Shaquille Keith will become part of the 10-man roster representing the country.
"It's a credit and an honour to have two Windsor Express players named to Team Canada," said CEO and president Dartis Willis. "It reflects not only on the quality and skill of Logan and Shaq, but also the level of professional competition in the National Basketball League of Canada."
Half of the 3D roster played in the NBLC last season and half are products of Canadian universities.
The 6' 9" Stutz, out of Washburn (NCAA II), played in 43 games for Windsor during the 2017-18 NBLC season, amassing 18.2 ppg, 8.3 rpg, and finishing 5th in the league in defensive rebounding and total rebounding.
The 6' 5" Keith, from Cape Breton (Usports), was 5th in the NBLC in free throws and logged 16.1 ppg and 6.0 rpg in 41 games with the Express.
The 40th William Jones Cup gets underway from July 14 to 22.
