
Pacifics Have One-Run Lead, Late in Vallejo

VALLEJO, Calif. - At press time, the San Rafael Pacifics were leading the Vallejo Admirals, 5-4, in the bottom of the seventh inning at Wilson Park in Vallejo, Calif.
Pacifics starter, Logan Odom, worked into the seventh allowing four runs, before being pulled in favor of left-hander, Nate King. Vallejo right-hander, Rigoberto Almonte, didn't allow a hit until the fifth, and was charged with five runs.
The Admirals scored first, as Jesse Olivar led off the bottom of the first by getting hit by a pitch. He then came around on a Quaid McKinnon single to right. Olivar also doubled and scored Vallejo's second run, on an Odom error in the third.
San Rafael scored three times in the fifth; on RBI hits by Price Kendall, Chase Fontaine, and Zack Pace. Kyle Dhanani would also score a run, on a passed ball by Admirals catcher.
