Langford, B.C. - Pacific FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) today announced the signing of centreback Tristan Marshall to a standard player contract guaranteed through 2026, with club options for 2027 and 2028.
Marshall, 22, arrives on a free transfer from Makedonikos F.C. of Greece. A versatile defender comfortable both as a centreback and fullback, Marshall brings international pedigree to the Pacific backline, having earned 16 caps for the St. Vincent senior men's national team, most recently appearing on June 11, 2025.
"Tristan has potential to be top fullback in this league," said James Merriman, Head Coach, Pacific FC. "He has all the physical qualities, competitive defender in 1v1 situations and an overall great attitude. He's humble and wants to learn and grow as a player."
Toronto born Marshall built his reputation in Ontario Premier League (formerly League1 Ontario) between 2019 and 2024, representing Toronto Skillz FC, North Toronto Nitros, and Scrosoppi FC. His performances earned him a first-team L1O All-Star selection in 2024, establishing him as one of the league's top defenders before his move to Europe.
Marshall adds defensive depth to a Pacific FC side preparing for their 2026 CPL campaign. Pacific FC will open their 2026 CPL season on Sunday, April 5, 3:00 p.m. at Starlight Stadium in Langford against Cavalry FC. Tickets available here.
