Providence Bruins News Release
The Providence Bruins fell in a hard-fought battle to the Albany River Rats on Saturday night, 5-1. The Bruins' record is now 2-2-0-2 (5 points), putting them in fifth place in the Atlantic Division.
Bruin left wing Andy Hilbert scored his team-leading fifth goal of the season, extending his point streak to five games (5-2-7).
Bruin goaltender Peter Hamerlik stopped 30 shots in taking the loss and is now 0-1-1 on the year.
The Bruins return home to host the Worcester IceCats on Sunday, October 24 at 4:05 p.m.
