Rapid City Rush News Release
(RAPID CITY, SD) - The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Minnesota Wild, announced today that Rush Owner Luke Peterson will hold an open forum for both Rush Season Ticket Holders and fans on Wednesday, June 27th, at 6:30 pm. The forum will take place in the Bankwest Club in Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Ice Arena.
"In the last few weeks, there has been a great deal of change for our team regarding personnel, business operations, and more," Peterson said. "There seems to be some concern amongst our fans and Season Ticket Holders surrounding the team, and I figured what a better way to share ideas and concerns than to hold a forum at the Civic Center. I want to hear these loyal supporters in an effort to improve our organization as we head into our 11th season of hockey in the Black Hills."
Peterson's offer to speak with fans and Season Ticket Holders involves topics related to the team, specifically Rush hockey and business operations, and is open to anyone and everyone that would like to attend. Also in attendance at the open forum will be President Joe Macdonell, Head Coach Daniel Tetrault, Rush Broadcaster Mark Binetti, and the rest of the Rapid City Rush staff.
