Outlaws shoot 'em up in 5-3 inaugural game win

(Kansas City, MO --- October 15, 2004) – The first ever Outlaws game was a huge success as Kansas City shot down the River Otters 5-3 at Kemper Arena. The crowd of 5611 was on their feet from the start as the newest gunslingers took a 3-0 lead early after two goals in the first and one early in the second. The Outlaws and River Otters face off again at Kemper Arena Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. before going on a 15-game road trip that does not return to Kansas City until Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 25 at 8:30 p.m.
