Outdoor Classic Sweater Revealed

HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club revealed today the official sweater for the 2012 AHL Outdoor Classic presented by Molson Canadian and Boston Pizza.
Crested on the cream-coloured sweater is the traditional blue Bulldogs "H" embroidered with white trim on a red background with "BULLDOGS" stitched below. The left sleeve features a Montreal Canadiens logo while the right sleeve is adorned with the Hamilton Bulldogs logo. The official 2012 AHL Outdoor Classic patch appears on the right front side of the heavy set jersey.
Outdoor Classic replica jerseys will be amongst the merchandise available for purchase at Ivor Wynne Stadium on Friday, January 20th, 2012 and on Saturday, January 21st, 2012. The official replicas will be on sale for $125 including tax at all four Official Outdoor Classic Store locations at Ivor Wynne Stadium. Quantities are extremely limited for this exclusive item.
The official Outdoor Classic line includes the Outdoor Classic toque and scarf, which are currently on sale at the 'Dawg House at Copps Coliseum. The Outdoor Classic baseball hat, blanket, printed T-shirts in men's, ladies', and kids' sizes, and the Outdoor Classic hoodie, will be for sale at Ivor Wynne Stadium, as will lapel pins, mini-sticks, and the official game puck (with case). Merchandise prices range from as low as $10 to $60 for the hoodie.
Official Outdoor Classic Stores will be located at three spots along the south side of the stadium in the lower concourse, and at one location on the north side of the venue. Official Hamilton Bulldogs gear, including the ever-popular plush Bruiser doll, will be available on the south side.
Tickets for the 2012 AHL Outdoor Classic, which include admission to the 2012 PepsiCo AHL Outdoor Classic Alumni / Celebrity Game featuring Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni and Montreal Canadiens Alumni on Friday, January 20th, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. and the 2012 "Steeltown Showdown" between the Hamilton Bulldogs and the Toronto Marlies on Saturday, January 21st, 2012 at 1 p.m., are still available. Bronze tickets are as low as $29.50 and offer an intimate experience, while Platinum tickets offer the best vantage points.
Approximately 20,000 people are expected to take in the action at Ivor Wynne Stadium this weekend. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance by coming in to the Hamilton Bulldogs office (101 York Blvd. in Hamilton) or by calling 905-529-8500 for a more personalised service. Tickets are also available at the Tiger-Cats office (1 Jarvis Street, Suite 1 in Hamilton), the Copps Coliseum Box Office, any Ticketmaster Outlet, online at www.ticketmaster.ca or through charge-by-phone at 1-855-872-5000.
