
Otters Stung In Sarnia

SARNIA, Ont. - Harrison Reed and Steve Stamkos each scored twice and added an assists to lead the Sarnia Sting to a 5-3 win over the Erie Otters in an Ontario Hockey League game played tonight at the Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre.
Colt Kennedy rounded out the Sarnia scoring as the Sting won for the fifth straight time on home ice to improve to 6-5-0-0.
Justin Hodgman paced the Otters with a goal and two assists. Robyn Sertic and Ryan O'Reilly also replied for the Otters, who lost their fourth straight to drop to 3-7.
The Sting led 1-0 after one and 4-1 heading into the third.
Sarnia out shot the Otters 45-26 in the game as Jaroslav Janus took the loss.
The three stars of the game were. 1. Stamkos; 2. Reed and 3. Hodgman.
The Otters complete a two game road trip tomorrow (Friday) night when they travel to London to take on the Knights in a 7:30 p.m. start. The Otters return home Saturday night to face-off against the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors in a 7:30 p.m. start at the Tullio Arena. Platinum tickets are $13.50, Gold Tickets are $11.50 and Children (12 and under) are $9.50 in any seating area. All single game ticket prices include the City of Erie Entertainment Tax.
