
Otters Double Attack

Erie Otters News Release
Zack Torquato scored once and added two assists to lead the Erie Otters to a 6-3 win over the Owen Sound Attack in an Ontario Hockey League game played tonight in front of 3,555 at the Tullio Arena.
Paul Cianfrini and Andrew Yogan supplied a goal and an assist each to the Otters attack while Luke Gazdic, Shawn Szydlowski and Justin Hodgman rounded out the scoring. Brandon Biggers chipped in a pair of assists for Erie, who upped their record to 11-10-1-0.
Lane MacDermid paced the Attack with to goals while Myles Doan netted the other.
Owen Sound slipped to 8-10-3-1 with the loss.
The Otters led 2-1 after one and 3-2 after two.
The Attack out shot the Otters 38-33 in the game as Jaroslav Janus posted the victory.
The three stars of the game were all from the Otters. Cianfrini was the first; Torquato the second and Yogan the third.
The Otters return to action Friday when they travel to Kitchener to face the Rangers in a 7:30 p.m. start. The game can be heard live on FOX Sports Radio AM 1330 The FAN and on-line at www.ottershockey.com (presented by the James H. Cross Company) beginning with the pre-game show at 7:15 p.m.
The next Otters home game takes place Saturday (November 22nd) when the London Knights visit the Tullio Arena in a 7 p.m. start. The first 2,000 into the game receive a free cheesy roll coupon courtesy of Taco Bell.
