Erie Otters News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania - Erie Otters General Manager Dave Brown announced today that the team has acquired three additional draft picks, including the 39th overall selection in this weekend's OHL Priority Selection in two separate trades completed earlier today with the London Knights and Mississauga Steelheads.
The Otters acquired the 39th overall selection in the 2021 Priority Selection in a trade with the Mississauga Steelheads along with Mississauga's 7th Round Pick in 2021 in exchange for Kitchener's 2nd Round Pick in 2022 and Erie's 6th Round Pick in 2021. The Otters now hold the 10th, 21st, and 39th selections on Night One of the Priority Selection.
The second trade with the London Knights saw the two teams exchanging 15th Round selections. The Otters receive a 15th Round pick in the 2021 Priority Selection, 289th overall, in exchange for Erie's 15th Round Selection in 2024.
