Peterborough Petes' Michael Simpson and Oshawa Generals' Jacob Oster on Crime Stoppers Night

(Peterborough, ON) - The biggest rivalry in junior hockey renewed on Thursday night when the Petes hosted the Oshawa Generals at the PMC for Crime Stoppers Night. The Petes would take the game 3-2 behind a Brennan Othmann goal with 52 seconds remaining in the third period.
Brennan Othmann led the way for the Petes with two goals, while Avery Hayes had two assists. Tucker Robertson scored and Owen Beck, Gavin White, Sam Mayer, and Cam Gauvreau all had an assist. Michael Simpson was fantastic again in the Petes net, stopping 25/27 for his 17th win of the season.

The Petes travel to Guelph tomorrow to take on the Storm for the first time since the 2019-20 season. Puck drop is at 7:30PM. You can catch the game on TSN as part of the CHL on TSN series.
