Oshawa Generals Host Third Annual Bell Let's Talk Night

Oshawa, ON - On Sunday, January 25, the Oshawa Generals will play host to the London Knights for our third annual Bell Let's Talk night. Puck drop is set to take place at 6:05 pm.
"We are proud to support Bell Let's Talk and we have taken steps to ensure that our players are educated on the importance of mental health," says Oshawa Generals General Manager, Roger Hunt.
The Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and the Oshawa Generals have teamed up with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to offer players a course on mental health awareness. "Our players are under immense pressure being away from home and we are their extended family. These measures ensure their safety both on and off the ice," says Hunt.
Oshawa Mayor, John Henry and Tom Brown, Toronto's foremost Weather Anchor for CTV News at Six and 11:30 will be at the game on Sunday to take part in the ceremonial puck drop. Tom will also host the on-ice Bell Let's Talk Equipment Relay during the intermission. Fans will have the chance to win a variety of prizes throughout the game.
