Hamilton Tiger-Cats News Release
HAMILTON - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that Paul Osbaldiston will resume his role as Assistant Special Teams Coach this season.
Osbaldiston began his first season as a full-time coach with the Ticats in 2012 after working as a kicking consultant in 2011. Under the watchful eye of 'Ozzie,' kicker Luca Congi and punter Josh Bartel earned spots on the East Division All-Star squad last year.
During his legendary 18-year playing career, Osbaldiston helped the Tiger-Cats capture Grey Cup championships in 1986 and 1999 and set over 20 team records, including most games played, most points scored, most field goals made and most punting yards.
Last year, fans selected Osbaldiston as the top kicker and punter in franchise history as part of the All-Time Tiger-Cats team.
