Orlando City B Falls at Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. - Orlando City B (1-8-3, 7 points) fell 2-1 on Wednesday night to the Richmond Kickers (7-3-2, 23 points) at City Stadium.

In the 26th minute, OCB goalkeeper Austin Aviza denied a shot from Richmond's forward Emiliano Terzaghi. Just one minute later, the home side took the lead after Kickers midfielder Jonathan Bolanos took a first time, right-footed shot into the top left corner to open the scoring and net his first professional goal.

The Kickers added another goal in the 43rd when Bolanos was fouled in the box and earned a brace of the night after converting the penalty kick. OCB went down a man in the 68th minute after defender Moises Tablante received his second yellow card of the night. In the 89th minute OCB defender Daniel Rosario fouled forward Oalex Anderson in the box and another penalty kick was awarded to Richmond, but Aviza came up big to make the save in the lower left corner for the Lions.

Midfielder Wilfredo Rivera got the Lions on the board after a cross from Jonathan Rosales and a first time placement to the far left corner of Richmond's goalkeeper Akira Fitzgerald.

The Lions will return home to host Chattanooga Red Wolves SC on Saturday, Oct. 10 at Osceola County Stadium with kickoff set for 3 p.m. ET.
