Open Player Tryout for Long Beach Jam Announced

WHAT: Open tryout to make the roster of the defending American Basketball Association (ABA) Champion Long Beach Jam. Head Coach, Hall of Famer Nate "Tiny" Archibald, will evaluate players to fill his roster. Last season, four Jam players were called up to the NBA: DerMarr Johnson (New York Knicks), Matt Barnes (Los Angeles Clippers), Derrick Dial (Orlando Magic), Matt Carroll (Portland Trailblazers), and Jannero Pargo (Toronto Raptors).
Registration to tryout is $100 (if money is received before Oct. 6). Please send completed form (available at www.lbjam.com) and check or money order made out to the Long Beach Jam to 5500 E. Atherton St., Suite #216, Long Beach, CA 90815. After Oct. 6, the cost is $125.
