Kitchener Rangers News Release
The Kitchener Sports Association's (KSA) popular 50/50 draw is back for the Kitchener Rangers 2019-20 season and better than ever! Rangers fans 18 years of age or older can now participate in 50/50 jackpots from anywhere in Ontario.
Fans will now be able to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets online for a chance to win during every home game, with all funds raised helping the KSA support local minor athletes, sports groups, scholarships and charities.
Presented by Ascend Fundraising Solutions, the new online 50/50 jackpot will take place in conjunction with the existing 50/50 jackpot held at The Aud, with the combined amount to be prized-out to one lucky winner.
In celebration of the official launch of online sales we are holding a Captain's Night promotion. Purchase 101 numbers for $20! (13+88, recognizing the jersey numbers of the Rangers co-captains). The traditional 3 for $5 and 10 for $10 are also available. This promotion is available to purchase NOW!
Upcoming KSA 50-50 Kitchener Rangers Special Promotions include:
Happy Holidays - December 20, 2019
Happy Valentine's - February 11, 2020
Fan Appreciation Night - March 20, 2020
For every other home game (following October 4), fans will be able to purchase online tickets at ksa5050.ca starting at noon on game day. Tickets will also continue to be made available by 50/50 sellers located at specific kiosk locations at The Aud.
Winning numbers will be announced at The Aud and posted on the Kitchener Sports Association website at kitchenersports.ca.
"The KSA is pleased and proud to, once again, partner with the Kitchener Rangers to run the 50/50 draw at all home games, under licence of AGCO," said KSA Director and 50/50 co-ordinator Richard Weinstein.
"We are happy that, in the event that fans have to miss a game, they can still participate in this amazing draw using the online purchase option for a chance to win a nice cash prize while also helping others across our region."
Rangers COO & Governor Steve Bienkowski went on to say, "We are excited to continue supporting the KSA's fundraising efforts at our games. We are also pleased that the new online purchase option will allow Rangers fans unable to attend a game to still support the KSA and their 50/50 draw from anywhere in Ontario."
