Saskatchewan Rush News Release
Saskatoon, SK -Â One man remains standing in the Saskatchewan Rush Bracket Challenge, presented by CARSTAR. With a perfect record of 12-0, Craig Hinz has correctly selected the outcome of every Rush game so far this season.
Hinz is one of the thousands who entered in the Rush Bracket Challenge, with hopes of winning $100,000 and a brand new truck from either Wheaton GM or Merlin Ford. After only 2 Rush losses this season, Craig has successfully predicted the team record to date.
With 6 regular season games remaining, plus playoffs, the odds remain slim. However as the Rush regular season is two thirds complete, Craig still has hope. Craig has predicted that the Rush will win every remaining game, except for on April 7th vs. Colorado. He has also picked the Rush to win a third NLL Championship at the conclusion of this season.
When asked about his selections, Hinz proclaimed "I hate to pick us to lose... There's no way I could pick us to lose heading into the playoffs, after April 7th that is!" With a league-leading power play, dominating defence, and steady goaltending, it certainly appears that the team is poised for another championship run.
Time will tell whether or not Craig's picks are on the money. In the meantime, Rush fans should be sure to follow along and root for Craig.
