
Omari Johnson Named to D-League All-Star 3-Point Contest

PORTLAND, Maine - The NBA Development League today announced that Omari Johnson will be headed to Toronto to compete in the NBA D-League Three-Point Contest, to be held prior to the NBA D-League All-Star Game presented by Kumho Tire this Saturday, Feb. 13. at 1:30 p.m. ET.
Johnson leads the D-League in made three-pointers (94) and attempted three's (231), shooting at a 40.7% clip from beyond the arc. As a team, the Red Claws are second in the league in both categories. On the season, Johnson is averaging 15.2 points and 6.4 rebounds in 30 games (all starts).
The Three-Point Contest will be before the D-League All-Star Game presented by Kumho Tire, which is slated for 2 p.m. EST this Saturday. Other contestants in the Three-Point Contest are: Jimmer Fredette (Westchester), Reggie Hearn (Reno), Andre Ingram (Los Angeles), Nick Minnerath (Canton) and Scott Suggs (Raptors 905).
