Omaha Beef News Release

Omaha, Nebraska – The Omaha Beef, in partnership with the Hope Center, will be offering an opportunity for fans to have their picture taken with their favorite Beef players, coaches, Prime Dancers, Rump Roasters or the Sir Loin mascot this Friday (June 11) at the Automart 150 pre-game party and pep rally in honor of the Beef's last regular season home game versus the Wyoming Cavalry this Saturday (June 12).

The event will be held from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Generations, located at 90th and Fort Streets in Omaha, and is open to the public. A $5.00 buffet, $1.00 draws, D.J. music and drawing for 100 gallons of gas and Beef prizes will highlight the festivities.

The Hope Center, a non-profit organization intended to serve as a safe-haven for inner-city children, was chosen as the Omaha Beef's 2004 non-profit partner. The vision of the center is to raise a generation of purity, passion and promise and to provide a place of refuge, education, recreation and teaching of daily living skills to over 500 youth and children in the north Omaha area.

All donations for the pictures taken will go to the Hope Center. For more information, please contact Terri Ditzler at (402)-346-BEEF.
