HEAD COACHES:
Dawgz Head Coach Gary Reasons
In his first season as a head coach, Gary Reasons looks to take the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz to victory road in their inaugural season. The former Super Bowl champion linebacker is excited about the squad he is leading out on the field.
In 1984, Reasons was a fourth round draft pick by the New York Giants. Throughout his eight seasons
(1984-91) with the Giants, Reasons became known as a member of one of the greatest linebacker corps in NFL history. He earned personal recognition for his smart and hard-hitting style of play being selected to the NFL All Rookie Team, All NFL, and to the All Madden Team. His final NFL season was spent with the Cincinnati Bengals in 1992.

Reasons attended Northwestern State from (1980-84) where he recorded 394 career tackles, was a three-time First Team All-Conference performer (1981-83) and was named "Most Valuable Collegiate Defensive Player" for the state of Louisiana in his senior season. He was the first player in Division I-AA history to earn First Team All-America honors in three consecutive seasons (1981-83). Northwestern State retired Reasons' No. 34 jersey following his senior season. Reasons graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State in 1984.
In 1996, Reasons was among the inaugural class of small college players to be inducted into the National College Football Hall of Fame. In 1998, Reasons was inducted into the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.

Blizzard Coach Brian Noble
As Brian Noble steps into the position of Head Coach of the Green Bay Blizzard, this popular former Packer brings along an impressive resume of NFL experience, leadership skills and community service. Coach Noble's responsibilities are to prepare the team for success on the field, and draw upon his media knowledge to contribute to the organization in other ways as well.
For nine years, Noble was a ferocious hitter and defensive leader who roamed the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field as an inside linebacker for the Green Bay Packers. After being drafted in the fifth round by Green Bay in 1985, he jumped into the starting lineup in only his second regular season game and went on to scoop up the Packers' "Rookie of the Year" award. During his tenure with the Green and Gold, Brian led the team in total tackles four times and also displayed his toughness as a solid special teams player. Prior to his pro career, Noble was a standout football player at Arizona State University and Fullerton Junior College.

During and subsequent to his playing days, Noble worked in both television and radio. As an analyst for the Packers post-game radio show, fans across Wisconsin are familiar with his keen insight on the game and no-holds-barred commentary. In addition to other media ventures, he developed and produced the syndicated television show "Hitting the Outdoors," which has reached millions of households throughout the Midwest.

Over the years, Brian Noble has involved himself in a variety of charitable activities and organizations, and in 1989 he was named the Packers' NFL "Man of the Year" for his contributions to the local community. Besides working with Special Olympics, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin , Noble has served as honorary chairman of the local Cerebral Palsy telethon.

Brian is originally from Anaheim, California and has lived in Green Bay since being drafted. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, and is dedicated to preserving our natural resources. He married his wife Cindy in 1983 and they now have four children..

THIS WEEK'S QUOTES:

Coach Reasons on the Dawgz offense:
"Coach Sparky McEwen has done a great job with teaching the system he has brought over from Grand Rapids. It has blossomed to one of the best offenses in the league."
