Oklahoma City Blue Acquires Tomislav Zubcic

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Blue has acquired forward Tomislav Zubcic, the team announced today.
Zubcic (6-10, 230) comes to the Blue from his home country of Croatia where he most recently played for KK Cedevita, averaging 8.0 points and 6.7 rebounds in 23.1 minutes for seven games in 2015-16. In 68 games (11 starts) in 2014-15, he averaged 7.5 points and 3.9 rebounds in 18.3 minutes while shooting 46.2 percent from the floor and 39.8 percent from three-point range.
Zubcic was drafted by the Toronto Raptors as the 56th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. His draft rights were traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder on June 30, 2015.
In a related move, the Blue has waived center Ian Chiles.
