Today's Game: The Oklahoma City Dodgers seek a fourth straight win when they continue their series against the Reno Aces at 8:35 p.m. CT at Greater Nevada Field...The Dodgers own first place in the Pacific Coast League and have a three-game lead ahead of second-place El Paso in the East Division standings.

Last Game: For the second straight night, the Oklahoma City Dodgers fell behind by three runs but ended up scoring 12 runs in a comeback win, defeating the Reno Aces, 12-7, Friday night at Greater Nevada Field. Reno scored three runs in the bottom of the first inning and still led 3-0 until the third inning when the Dodgers scored on a RBI single by Miguel Vargas and sacrifice fly by Zach McKinstry. The Dodgers took the lead in the sixth inning with a three-run rally. Tomás Telis tied the game with a RBI single, and later with two outs, Vargas and McKinstry drew back-to-back bases-loaded walks. OKC had a 5-4 lead in the seventh inning when they plated five more runs, including a RBI double by Andy Burns and a three-run homer by Jake Amaya. Amaya added a RBI single in the eighth inning, and Michael Busch boosted OKC's total to 12 runs with a sacrifice fly in the ninth inning. Reno scored three runs in their final at-bat before the Dodgers wrapped up the game.

Today's Probable Pitchers: Reigning PCL Pitcher of the Week Mitch White (1-0) makes his is second start of the season with OKC...White made his first appearance June 12 after being optioned by the Los Angeles Dodgers June 10. He started and pitched 5.2 scoreless and hitless innings with two walks and six strikeouts in the win, retiring 16 of 19 batters faced overall...White has made nine appearances (four starts) for the Los Angeles Dodgers this season, going 1-1 with a 3.86 ERA over 25.2 innings. He's allowed 12 runs (11 earned) and 19 hits with eight walks and 27 strikeouts, holding opponents to a .202 batting average...He split his 2021 season between Triple-A OKC (10 G/7 GS) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (21 G/4 GS) and also made two rehab starts with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga. With OKC, he went 1-0 and posted a 1.69 ERA over 32.0 innings. He notched 39 strikeouts against 12 walks and allowed six earned runs over 10 appearances...He made his MLB debut Aug. 28, 2020 at Texas and was selected by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the second round (65th overall) of the 2016 MLB Draft out of Santa Clara University as a redshirt sophomore.

Sam Gaviglio (4-3) is scheduled to follow White...Gaviglio most recently pitched June 11 against Salt Lake in OKC, starting and pitching 3.1 innings. He tied his season highs with seven runs, seven hits and three walks to go along with four strikeouts. Gaviglio left his start with the Dodgers trailing, 7-4, but OKC came back to win, 10-9...Gaviglio threw 5.1 solid innings May 24 against Reno to earn a win, but over his last three games, he's allowed 17 runs and 20 hits over just 9.2 innings...Gaviglio signed with LAD as a free agent Jan. 31, 2022 after splitting last year with Triple-A Round Rock and SSG Landers of the KBO in Korea...He made his ML debut May 11, 2017 with the Seattle Mariners at Toronto, striking out the first batter he faced...He was selected by St. Louis in the fifth round of the 2011 MLB Draft out of Oregon State University.

Against the Aces: 2022: 5-5 2021: 3-3 All-time: 33-27 At RNO: 11-13 The Dodgers and Aces are meeting for their second series of the season and first at Greater Nevada Field since 2018 after the teams played three straight series at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark starting with the 2019 season...Reno won the May 24-29 series in OKC, 4-2, and won three straight games in Bricktown for the first time ever, including a doubleheader sweep May 26. The Aces had a slight edge in runs, 35-33, as Reno won its first series in Bricktown after OKC won or split each of the teams' first seven series in OKC since 2010...Jason Martin led OKC with six hits in the first series this season and tied with Omar Estévez for a team-best six RBI. Estévez also hit two home runs...In 2021, the teams split a six-game series in OKC. The teams were even offensively as well in the series with the Dodgers taking a slight 35-34 edge in runs, a 54-52 edge in hits and 9-8 edge in homers...The last time the Dodgers played in Reno in 2018, they lost three of four games. With wins the last three nights, OKC has won three straight games at Greater Nevada Field for the first time ever...Through the first 10 games of the 2022 season series, the road team is 7-3.

Winning Ways: The Dodgers have won three straight games, as well as five of their last six. OKC is 9-2 in the last 11 games and 11-3 in their last 14 games. The team is also 9-3 in its last 12 road games...At 40-24, the Dodgers are a season-high 16 games above .500 this season, reaching that level for the first time since June 2018. The last time the team was 17 games above .500 was June 17, 2018 (41-24)...The Dodgers have reached 40 wins in 64 games, the fastest the team has reached the 40-win mark since the 2018 season when the team also started 40-24 and the second-fastest trek to 40 wins during the team's Dodgers affiliation after the 2015 team reached 40 wins in 61 games...The Dodgers have also won three straight series and are 8-1-3 through their first 12 series of the season, with their lone series loss going to Reno in OKC in late May.

Getting Offensive: By scoring 12 runs both Thursday and Friday, the Dodgers have scored at least a dozen runs in consecutive games for the fourth time this season, and Friday marked the 11th time this season the Dodgers scored at least 12 runs in a game. OKC has scored at least eight runs five of the last six games (53 R) and at least six runs in eight of the last 10 games (77 R)...The Dodgers recorded an inning with at least five runs for a second straight night and they now have 15 separate innings of at least five runs this season. It was also the team's 31st inning this season with four-plus runs, including 24 over the last 41 games...Over the last 21 games, the Dodgers are 13-8. In the 13 wins, they've batted .295 (133x451) with 108 runs scored, and at least six runs in 12 of the 13 games. In the eight losses, they have batted .194 (49x253) with 18 runs scored, exceeding two runs just in three of the eight games...The Dodgers lead all of Triple-A with 315 walks and are tied for first with a .371 OBP, while their 424 runs scored and .830 OPS rank second, their .274 AVG is tied for second and their .459 SLG is tied for third.

Comeback Trail: Friday's win marked the fifth time in the last 10 games the Dodgers won after trailing by at least three runs, along with June 7-8 versus Sugar Land, June 11 against Salt Lake and Thursday's game in Reno. Thursday was the first time since Aug. 10, 2021 at Albuquerque the Dodgers trailed by at least three runs in a road game and came back to win and now they have accomplished the feat in back-to-back road games...The Dodgers now have a total of seven wins this season after trailing by at least three runs, matching their 2021 season total.

Simply Amayazing: One night after tallying five RBI, Jake Amaya racked up four more RBI Friday. He went 3-for-5 and also homered for a second straight game, hitting a three-run homer in the seventh inning. It was his second Triple-A home run and his 11th overall home run of the season, as he has homered in back-to-back games for the third time overall this year...Over the last two games, Amaya is 4-for-9 with nine RBI and three runs scored after he hit a grand slam Thursday for his first Triple-A hit and recorded five RBI, becoming the sixth OKC player with five-plus RBI in a game this season...Prior to Thursday, Amaya had recorded four career games with four-plus RBI.

Clearance at JMart: Jason Martin reached base four times last night, with two hits and two walks. He went 2-for-3 with his team-leading fifth triple and three runs scored. Martin is on a season-best nine-game hitting streak, going 13-for-33 (.394) with three home runs, two triples, two doubles and 10 RBI. His stretch of six straight games with a RBI came to an end last night, which was tied for the longest RBI streak by a Dodgers player this season...Martin ranks tied for first in the league with five triples and also ranks among the league's top six in OPS (5th, .942), SLG (6th, .553), XBH (6th, 26) and RBI (T-6th, 41)...Martin is slashing .409/.529/.778 with 10 RBI in eight games against Reno.

Busch League: Michael Busch extended his hitting streak to 10 games Friday, going 1-for-5 with a RBI and two runs scored. During the hitting streak, Busch is 12-for-43 (.279) with five extra-base hits and nine RBI. The streak is the longest active streak among Dodgers players and is tied for the second-longest active streak in the league. He is the fourth OKC player with a double-digit hitting streak this season, joining Zach McKinstry, Ryan Noda and Miguel Vargas...Busch homered in back-to-back games to open the series Tuesday and Wednesday, and over his last seven games, Busch is 9-for-29 with four extra-base hits.

Drew Point: Drew Avans recorded his third straight multi-hit game Friday, going 2-for-4 with a double and a walk. During the three-game stretch, Avans is 7-for-13...He is currently on a five-game hitting streak, going 9-for-20 with eight RBI and has reached base in 19 of his last 20 games with a plate appearance...Since May 26 (19 games), Avans is batting .365 (23x63) with 18 runs and 14 RBI...His 19 hits this month are tied for the team lead, while his 13 RBI are second-most. Thirteen of his 21 total RBI this season have come during the first 14 games of June.

On the Lamb: Jake Lamb had last night off, but on Thursday reached base three times with a single, walk and hit by pitch, finishing 1-for-3 with a RBI and two runs scored as he extended his hitting streak to nine games (15x36). He has hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games (19x50) and in 14 of his last 16 games (22x63). Lamb has also reached base in 23 of his last 24 games as well as in 38 of his last 40 games...Over his last four games, Lamb is 9-for-16 with three doubles and four RBI...Since April 24 (40 games), Lamb is slashing .331/.444/.588 with nine homers, 11 doubles, 29 walks, 34 RBI and 30 runs scored.

Around the Horn: OKC has homered in 12 of the last 13 games, tallying 18 total homers during the stretch...Starting pitcher Beau Burrows overcame a three-run first inning last night and set a season high with 6.0 innings, also recording his first quality start in the process...After being held without a hit in six straight games, Andy Burns has now hit safely in three straight games, going 4-for-12, including two hits and a RBI double last night...The OKC pitching staff had just two strikeouts last night for the team's lowest strikeout total while pitching at least 9.0 innings since July 13, 2018 at Round Rock. The team's fewest strikeouts in a nine-inning game this season before last night was five (May 19 vs. El Paso)...Tomás Telis has back-to-back multi-hit games, going 4-for-8. Today is his 31st birthday.
